Please note that we do not accept exchanges for items that have been damaged due to improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

c. If your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with a shipping label and instructions on how to return the defective item.

d. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement item to you.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny an exchange request if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the defective item for exchange. Canvased.Shop will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to the customer.
